At Furniture Cart, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we’ve made the process simple and transparent.
Order Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Order Cancellation by Furniture Cart
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
Product is out of stock or discontinued.
Payment not received or failed.
Incorrect pricing or product information due to system errors.
Order flagged for fraudulent activity.
If your order is canceled by Furniture Cart, any amount paid will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
Refund for Canceled Orders
If you cancel your order within the eligible time frame, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
Custom Orders
Custom-made or personalized furniture orders cannot be canceled once the production process has started.
