Cancellation Policy

At Furniture Cart, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we’ve made the process simple and transparent.

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our support team at info@furniturecart.com.au or 0451 031 557.  with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Order Cancellation by Furniture Cart

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

    • Product is out of stock or discontinued.

    • Payment not received or failed.

    • Incorrect pricing or product information due to system errors.

    • Order flagged for fraudulent activity.

If your order is canceled by Furniture Cart, any amount paid will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If you cancel your order within the eligible time frame, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized furniture orders cannot be canceled once the production process has started.
