Returns
You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.
Certain custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
The item must be returned in original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
