At Furniture Cart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. This policy explains how our refund and return process works.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your product.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.

  • Certain custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • The item must be returned in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
